SHIPMENTS AND RETURNS

FREIGHT & DELIVERY

We aim to have your order shipped out to you within 24 hours of receiving payment with the exception of weekends and public holidays. We will be in contact with you should there be a delay due to your item not being in stock and you will have the option to change or cancel your order.

We are unable to deliver to PO Boxes and we understand what it is like to live rural so we do not charge delivery surcharge for items not weighing more than 5kg.

We ship all items tracked to ensure your item is locatable at all times, we will send through your tracking number once your item has been posted.

We do our very best to package any fragile item accordingly but the risk of shipping fragile items is with the purchaser.

Shipping fees include all shipping and handling.

Should your package be over 5kg we reserve the right to make contact with you for additional shipping.

PRODUCT

We do our best to ensure you get the colour you are after and that the colours displayed on your screen are as accurate to the product as possible however actual product can vary. We do not guarantee colour will 100% match to what is displayed on your screen.

RETURNS POLICY

Whole Hog strives to produce and stock high quality items and do our best to ensure items details are true and correct. We thoroughly check all items before we send them out.

We also understand that things do not always go to plan, we are happy to exchange your item or offer a credit note for change of mind purchases. Condition apply*

If you get your product and find it is not working we offer a full refund less postage and handling. Conditions apply*

*Items must be in new, unused condition including any labels, packaging etc. Proof of Purchase is also required.

*You must be in contact with us within 7 days of receiving item in which we will provide you with a return number.
